Unfortunately the connecting pins are in a different formation to the original ERA switch, so it doen't work!

Rear wiper switch
Although not quite the same as the original, I think it is better in one respect. On the original you click half way and it stays there, for the wiper then the second click for the washer but it is on a sprung return, i.e. you have to hold it down. The switch supplied on this second click it stays there, which considering how long it takes the water to reach the jet is probably a good thing!
